Policies for room rental
Our Minimum Food and Beverage requirement is $500.00 or a room rental fee will be applied to your final bill.
A non- refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to hold the room. This amount will be subtracted from your total bill.
No outside food or beverage may be brought in due to local and state law. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Billing
Final count of guests, due 10 days prior to event. Final payment due 7 days prior to event.. Any additional amounts will be collected the night of the event. Local and state tax (5.85%) and a service charge (18%) will be added to your total bill.
